The ideal candidate must have experience working at top network agencies or leading performance media agencies , with proven exposure to managing paid media budgets of ₹50 lakhs and above .The role is focused on execution, optimization, scaling, and performance delivery across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Amazon, and Flipkart Ads . This is a strictly performance-focused buying role—no media planning responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Buying & ExecutionExecute high-performance paid media campaigns across:Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads .Manage ₹50 lakhs+ monthly budgets with strong control on pacing, delivery, and efficiency.Ensure accurate setup of campaigns, tracking, audiences, pixels, and conversions.Maintain platform best practices, campaign hygiene, and error-free execution.Performance OptimizationOptimize campaigns daily to improve ROAS, reduce cost metrics, and enhance conversion efficiency.Apply advanced bidding strategies, audience refinement, and funnel optimizations.Conduct structured A/B experiments (creatives, targeting, landing pages, placements, etc.).Troubleshoot performance drops, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.Analytics, Insights & ReportingTrack and analyze performance via platform dashboards and Google Analytics/GA4.Prepare periodic performance reports with insights and recommendations.Maintain high accuracy across tagging, attribution, and performance measurement.Cross-functional CollaborationPartner with internal teams (creative, strategy,
