It's operation as a branch office started in 2001 from Navi Mumbai and now have offices at Sanand, Morbi & New Delhi.Sacmi India, engaged in the manufacturing of ceramic machinery, distribution of spare parts and the provision of technical services in the field of ceramic and packaging machines.Website: TITLE: Jr. EXECUTIVE - ACCOUNTSLOCATION: NAVI MUMBAIJOB ROLE: Will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and SAP systems.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Financial TransactionFinancial ReportingInvoicing and PaymentsAdministrative DutiesREPORTING TO: Manager - AccountsRESPONSIBLITIES:Posting of purchase invoices including verification of Invoice, freight and Insurance components.Preparation and posting of Sales Invoices and E-Invoices in the accounting/SAP system.Recording and reconciling cash and bank payments including vendor payments, and other operational expenses.Handling and accounting for foreign exchange transactions both inward remittances and outward remittances.Assisting in preparation and monitoring of daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements.Maintain organized and accurate financial records.Other duties as assigned.AGE: 23 and aboveEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:ESSENTIAL: Graduation in Finance or CommerceDESIRABLE: SAP knowledgePROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:ESSENTIAL: 3-4 years of accounts experience.DESIRABLE SKILL SETS:Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, or similar).Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.EXTENT OF DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY: All major decisions to be taken in concurrence with the Reporting Manager.RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING ACTIVITES OF: None.
