To Apply/For any queries, reach out to – and embark on a rewarding journey with us.Your next big career move could be just a click awayResponsibilitiesExpertiseEducational QualificationsDevelop and implement customized training programs on AWS/Azure cloud architecture, DevOps, and SRE practices for various departments and skill levels.In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and data center operations.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related fieldLead engaging and interactive training sessions that cover essential cloud concepts, tools, and applications in AWS and Azure.Proficiency in managing both Windows and Linux environments.Master's degree preferredOffer hands-on support and practical guidance to employees working on cloud and DevOps projects, ensuring effective application of skills.Have proficiency in Active Directory and Entra ID.Work closely with subject matter experts to stay updated on the latest advancements in cloud technologies and best practices, integrating this knowledge into training materials.Expertise in using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for endpoint management.Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM.Act as a mentor and resource for employees pursuing careers in cloud architecture, DevOps, and SRE, providing career development advice and support.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services from AWS, Azure, and GCP.Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing, DevOps, and SRE to ensure training content remains relevant and up to date.Expertise in managing hybrid cloud environments and integrating cloud services with on-premises systems.Identify and utilize external training opportunities and resources to enhance the overall training program.Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and Bash for automation tasks.Keep an updated list of employee certifications within the proficiency matrix to track skill levels and training needs.Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, and Prometheus.Ability to implement and manage comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions.Expertise in designing and implementing disaster recovery and backup solutions.Proficiency in using backup and recovery tools such as Veeam, Commvault, and Cloud Native.Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and services.Proficiency in managing digital workspace solutions such as VMware Horizon and Citrix.Knowledge of end-user computing technologies and support best practices.
