Design, deploy and measure effective talent engagement, development and retention practices for one or more business unit.-

Devise and implement monthly, quarterly and annual people engagement initiatives that is aligned with key business strategies and develops highly engaged teams.-

Drive onboarding and off-boarding practices as per the guidelines of the organization.-

Analyse trends in employee turnover and employee engagement surveys and recommend interventions backed by data.-

Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee issues and grievances, fairly representing all interests.-

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR initiativesaligned with business objectives.-

Support organizational change initiatives and communicate changes to stakeholders.-

Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.-

Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within performance management;

merit and bonusawards;

benefits enrolment etc.-

Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and promote fair pay philosophy with key internalstakeholders.-

Identify training needs for the respective business unit in tandem with business leadership and collaborate with talent transformation CoE to devise appropriate and effective training plan-

Partner with various with CoEs for organizationalinitiatives.-

Provide guidance and inputs on inter-business resource transfers, workforce planning and succession planning.-

Provide day-day performance management guidance to line management (eg: disciplinary actions, proactive retention measures etc)-

Monthly collation and reporting of HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR strategies.-

Partner with Talent transformation in implementing programs that focus on development of key talentThis may be the right role for you if you have-
