We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented General Manager / Deputy General Manager QA/QC to lead and oversee quality assurance and quality control functions across all construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities meet regulatory and client quality standards, while driving continuous improvement across project sites.

Role & responsibilities

Implement, Maintain, and continuously improve the QA/QC process as defined in the company's IMS.

  • Establish GPT Schedule and arrange & conduct QA Awareness & GPT Training to existing staff and new recruits
  • Ensure In-process inspection at various stages as defined in the IMS
  • Review and preparation of PQP for new Projects with respect to the client requirements.
  • Preparation of Method Statements for new Projects
  • Review, preparation and updating the inspection Test plans for new projects
  • Responsible for Internal Audit and follow-up on closing of NCR
  • Responsible for External Audit and follow-up on closing of NCR
  • Getting materials inspected from external competent authorities
  • Sub-contractors evaluation
  • In-house assessment on quality of works for each project
  • QA/QC evaluation for Staff
  • Quality Policy Induction to the new recruits
  • Customer satisfactory Survey and KPI
  • Customer Excellence / Achievement / Award (Auditing/Delivery and safety)
