We are seeking a highly skilled Data Ops Technical SME with proven expertise in deploying and supporting Data Ops platforms such as High Byte, Litmus, EMQX, and Hive MQ within manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience translating manufacturing business requirements into robust technical solutions, supporting solution architecture and proposal development, and delivering scalable IIo T Data Ops applications across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and rollout of Data Ops applications using platforms such as High Byte, Litmus, EMQX, Hive MQ, and similar technologies.Work closely with manufacturing stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.Define infrastructure and environment specifications; liaise with IT and infrastructure teams for successful deployments.Create comprehensive documentation, including Pre-Reqs (IT requirements, ports, SSL, etc.), URS/FS requirements, SOPs, and system design documents.Deploy Data Ops applications in manufacturing environments, ensuring seamless integration with shop floor and enterprise systems.Configure and validate connections to various source systems, including PLCs, SCADA, historians, and MES/ERP platforms.Develop and execute validation plans, IQ/OQ/PQ test documentation, and provide support throughout all testing phases.Support solution architecture activities and contribute to technical proposals for new IIo T and Data Ops initiatives.Manage deployments across Dev, Test, and Production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.Work on enhancements, site-specific customizations, and tag mappings as required by manufacturing operations.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with industrial protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus) and integration with manufacturing systems.Familiarity with cloud-based IIo T architectures and edge computing concepts.Certifications in High Byte, Litmus, EMQX, Hive MQ, or related Data Ops/IIo T platforms are a plus.
