Create social media content, ad films, and other multimedia content for marketing campaigns.· Transform raw footage into cinematic magic using visual effects, motion graphics, and sound in narratives using storytelling.· Juggle timelines and special effects with precision and cutting-edge editing skills.· Edit footage from shoots, interviews, and stock libraries to create impactful commercials, online videos, and other multimedia content.· Deliver projects on time and within budget.Your skills and qualifications: · Cutting, colour grading, and sound design skills with technical proficiency in editing software

(Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).· Strong understanding of visual storytelling.· Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.· Bachelor's degree in film, animation, multimedia, or a related field.· 2+ years of experience in professional video editing for advertising or marketing.· Creativity and ability to interpret visual concepts. Art Director:· Lead the development of visual concepts for advertising campaigns, branding projects, and other initiatives.· Create mood boards, storyboards, and roughs to communicate the visual direction.· Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other creatives to ensure brand consistency and message clarity.· Oversee the design and production of print, digital, and experiential marketing materials.· Stay up to date on design trends and industry best practices.· Mastermind brand identities and campaigns.· Craft visuals that break the mold and set trends.· Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.· To maintain the agency’s standards of creative excellence, punctuality, and profitability, while achieving the clients’ goals. Your skills and qualifications: · An impeccable eye for detail.· Ability to translate abstract concepts into visual masterpieces.· Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field.· Experience in advertising agency art direction.· Strong portfolio showcasing creative abilities and conceptual thinking.· Experience and awareness across a range of digital, social, and integrated mediums with

exceptional communication skills.· Be highly motivated and well-organised.· Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Visualiser:· Transform abstract ideas into tangible concepts through sketches and storyboards.· Bring brands to life in all dimensions, from packaging to prototypes.· Craft clear and compelling visual storytelling that informs and inspires.· Develop rough layouts and initial design ideas for print, digital, and advertising campaigns.· Work closely with art directors and copywriters to refine visual concepts.
