Position : Data Capture Implementation Specialist - Tealium ,mParticle , andAdobe Location: Remote Duration: 3-6 monthsJob Description: Data Capture Implementation Specialist – We are seeking an experiencedTag Implementation Specialistwith strong expertise inTealium ,mParticle , andAdobeplatforms to join our Data Capture team. In this role, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital data collection across web and mobile ecosystems. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate tracking, data quality, and seamless integration with downstream analytics and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tag management systems, mobile and web analytics, data validation, and marketing technology stacks. This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making, supporting customer journey insights, and enhancing digital experiences. Primary Responsibilities 1.Tagging & Implementation (Tealium & mParticle) Assist in configuring, deploying, and maintaining tag implementations inTealium iQ(Web) andmParticle (Mobile). Support setup, validation, and troubleshooting of tracking tags, events, rules, and data layers based on defined technical specifications. Conduct thoroughQA and end-to-end validationacross development, staging, and production environments to ensure data integrity. Performmobile app analytics validationusing tools such as Firebase DebugView, Charles Proxy, Proxyman, and device simulators (iOS & Android). 2. Adobe Analytics & CJA Support Assist withAdobe Analytics (AA)andAdobe Experience Platform (AEP)setup, schema configuration, and data ingestion workflows. SupportCustomer Journey Analytics (CJA)reporting, dashboard creation, and cross-channel data validation. Help configure and validate Adobe Analytics variables (events, eVars, props) and ensure accurate tracking via Tealium and mParticle integrations. Assist withAdobe Targettagging to support A/B and multivariate testing. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product owners, developers, analysts, and onsite tagging specialists to translate business requirements into technical tracking solutions. Ensure accurate implementation of data layer updates and seamless deployment of tags across web and mobile applications. 4. Documentation, Governance & Compliance Maintain detailed documentation for tagging requirements, test plans, and validation results. Supportdata governance , privacy, and compliance efforts including GDPR, CCPA, and consent management requirements. Regularly audit tagging and data integrations to identify gaps, optimization opportunities, and process improvements. 5. Continuous Improvement Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and new features across Tealium, mParticle, Adobe Analytics, and related technologies. Proactively share knowledge with the team and contribute to improving internal processes. Participate in agile ceremonies and use tools likeJiraandGitto manage tagging requirements and workflows. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience or strong familiarity withTealium iQ ,mParticle , or other enterprise tag management systems. Working knowledge ofFirebase Analytics(event setup, DebugView, parameter validation). Experience usingCharles Proxyor similar tools (e.g., Proxyman) for inspecting network calls. Basic understanding ofJavaScript ,HTML , CSS, and data layer architecture. Exposure toAdobe Analytics ,Adobe Target , or Adobe Experience Platform. Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Solid documentation habits and strong communication skills. Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment. Eagerness to learn and grow within enterprise analytics and martech ecosystems. Good to Have / Bonus Skills Experience implementingthird-party pixels(Criteo, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Understanding ofserver-side tagging , event forwarding, and server-to-server integrations using Tealium or mParticle. Familiarity withconsent management platformsand data privacy solutions. Experience usingPOSTMANfor API requests and validation. Additional experience with agile methodologies and ticket tracking (Jira, Confluence).
