For us, it’s more than just early learning, it’s about building connections, nurturing growth, and being part of something truly meaningful in our communities.  We are seeking an enthusiastic Certificate III Educator - Church Street Children's Centre  to join our team at Church Street Children's Centre . Children are encouraged to explore, imagine, and develop a lifelong love of learning through meaningful engagement with their local environment and community.We prioritise child safety and wellbeing, creating inclusive spaces where every child feels secure and empowered. Our anti-bias approach values equity, celebrates diversity, and challenges stereotypes. We embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives and honour cultural identities within our curriculum. This is a full-time, ongoing role working 38 hours per week on a rotating roster between 6:45am and 6:00pm. About you You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference. You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.  You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.  You have a drive to grow and improve continually.  You value kindness and respect.  You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.  You hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.  About the role You'll create a supportive environment where children are safeguarded to learn and grow.  You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework.  You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues.  You'll actively participate in a culture of reflection and continuous improvement.  Why ECMS?
