We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Full-Stack Development Lead with over 5 years of hands-on development experience, including a strong emphasis on front-end technologies (70%) and solid expertise in back-end systems (30%). The ideal candidate will have a BE/BTech/MCA from a reputed institution (Master's preferred), and at least 2 years of leadership experience in managing development teams.

This role involves:


• Designing and maintaining scalable web applications using React JS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

(ES6+)


• Building robust back-end services with .NET (C#), , APIs, OAuth, OpenID


• Working with tools like Visual Studio Code, Postman, GitHub, AppInsights


• Leading development in Microservices architecture and integrating with CI/CD pipelines

(Azure DevOps, Jenkins)


• Applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), DevOps practices, and using ALM tools like

Azure DevOps, Jira

The candidate must demonstrate:

• High integrity, initiative, and ability to work independently


• A customer-centric approach with a solid understanding of risk & control and change

management.
