Salesforce Front End Developer
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Front End Developer with a strong emphasis on front-end development, particularly with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce projects and significantly impact our business operations.
Experience: 6+ Years

Requirements:
o Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.
o Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
o Familiarity with Salesforce DX and development lifecycle.
o Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
o Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, and integration patterns.
o Knowledge of Salesforce security and performance best practices.
o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Skills Required:
• Lightning Web Components (LWC): Strong expertise in LWC for building reusable UI components.
• JavaScript: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• HTML/CSS: Solid understanding of HTML and CSS for creating and styling web pages.
• Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS): Familiarity with SLDS for consistent design practices.
• Aura Framework: Knowledge of the Aura framework for maintaining existing components.
• UI/UX Design: Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
Certifications (preferred):
o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
o Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I.
o Other relevant Salesforce certifications.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement Solutions:
o Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.
o Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders:
o Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
o Collaborate with other developers, administrators, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Integration and Data Management:
o Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.
o Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing robust data management and validation practices.
• Testing and Deployment:
o Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
o Deploy Salesforce solutions following best practices and maintain version control.
• Maintenance and Support:
o Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.
• Stay Updated:
o Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
o Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
