Ideal for a doctor with1–3 years of clinical experience , but strong, fresh MBBS graduates are also encouraged to apply—especially those looking to transition intodigital health, clinical research, and medical AI .What You Will DoClinical Research (Primary Focus)Manage day-to-day execution of our virtual clinical study.Review cases, validate participant data, and ensure documentation accuracy.Coordinate with Indian doctors, U.S. physicians, IECs, and regulatory advisors.Maintain high-quality clinical records and ensure GCP/IEC compliance.Serve as (or Grow Into) a Principal InvestigatorTake clinical responsibility for protocol oversight.Review eligibility, adverse events, and study deviations.Assist in IEC submissions, responses, and audit processes.Patient RecruitmentSupport recruitment of healthy and condition-positive participants.Verify medical reports and image quality.Manage follow-ups and ensure protocol adherence.Telehealth Partnerships (Secondary Focus)Engage telehealth and diagnostic companies for pilot projects.Present study workflows and coordinate small-scale integrations.Collect clinician feedback to improve product performance.What We’re Looking ForMBBS degree (required)1–3 years clinical experience preferred (freshers with strong skills welcome)Stronglogical reasoning abilityandclinical judgmentFast learnerwith the ability to adopt new workflows and tools quicklyComfortable usingAI tools , digital platforms, dashboards, and telehealth systemsAbility to function as aPrincipal Investigatorwith training if neededExcellent written and spoken EnglishWillingness to work U.S.-aligned evening hoursWhy Join UsWork directly with U.S. FDA consultants and senior cliniciansBe part of a first-of-its-kind virtual clinical study in IndiaTransition intodigital health, AI-driven research, and medical innovationRapid growth intoClinical Lead, Study Manager, or Medical Partnerships LeadLong-term equity potential for outstanding performers
