Roles & Responsibility
Primary
- Managing & monitoring client accounts. Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Day to day planning & management of clients, receiving creative changes from clients, relaying those changes to creative staff & ensuring timely execution of all tasks, encompassing areas such as branding & designing etc
- Answer and manage all client calls. Do follow up communications. Servicing clients and visitors as needed.
- Ensure that enquiries, orders & messages are answered and followed up.
- Preparation of quotes, performa invoice & order acceptance
- Liaising with vendors, searching and short-listing new vendors, and establishing cordial rapo with them
- Coordinating in hiring for new recruits etc.
- Send Emails, Quotations, Communicate Follow up
Secondary
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Other back-office work
- Recording information as needed.
- Performing general office clerk duties related to banking and other activities
- To be readily available at all times to deal with problems or complaints.
Skills
- Good communication skills Hindi, Marathi & English
- Good and handy computer knowledge.
- Soft spoken and quick leaner.
- Ability to accept responsibility and clear all tasks at hand
