GlobalCFO is a rapidly growing US-based company providing financial, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, investment, business management and consulting services to individuals, partnerships, companies, non-profit organizations, and other business entities primarily in the US. Our joint servicing teams working out of the US and India ensure that Clients have the best financial, tax and accounting support.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for US employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full US recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Benefits & Compensation: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits. Assist in the development and implementation of competitive compensation strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current legal requirements and best practices.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Generate and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Employee Engagement & Development: Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Design and implement training and development programs to support employee growth.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
-Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR management, with 5+ years of experience in a US-based organization.
-Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
-Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
-Must be flexible to work in US shifts.
