Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for US employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture.


  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full US recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.


  • Benefits & Compensation: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits. Assist in the development and implementation of competitive compensation strategies.


  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current legal requirements and best practices.


  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.


  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Generate and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.


  • Employee Engagement & Development: Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Design and implement training and development programs to support employee growth.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

-Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR management, with 5+ years of experience in a US-based organization.

-Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices.

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

-Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.

-Must be flexible to work in US shifts.
