Individual Contributor or People ManagerIndividual Contributor
Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and manage existing UHNW client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and communications.
Grow the firm business by acquiring new clients.Provide customized and comprehensive financialplanning advises and portfolios for UHNWclients.Proactively engage with the clients, explaining the various financial services available.Educating clients about investment options and potential risks when recommending investments.Ensure all transactions are within legal boundaries by staying updated with the regulations affecting banking and customer interactions.Actively monitor client accounts’ performance and provide any interventions required due to changes in market situation.Review portfolio issues (including taxes, liquidity events, capital calls) quarterly.Manage investment transition for new clients.Actively participate in the development of new business and networking opportunities.Collaborate with Investment Portfolio Management team to incorporate UHNW clients’investment strategies and their planning objectives.Ensure that the firm’s values, reputation and standing are always well protected whenrepresenting the firm in external forums.Ensure that all activities are undertaken within the regulatory framework. Further, ensure that the company's policies and procedures are adhered to when performing their task.
Qualifications:Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.Master’s degree is preferred, specifically in Finance / WealthManagementMinimum of 10-15 years experiences in Finance/ Banking industry, including supervisory experience.Previous experience with High net worth or Ultra-high net worth clients/families is preferred.Preferably with MBA/ CFP/ CFA.
Domain Skills:
Strong understanding of the financial services industry and Financial consulting responsibilities.Demonstrate strong interest in Financial, Global and Capital markets.Experience in understanding the financial needs of UHNW clients & Market coverage.
Soft skills:Demonstrate a commitment to extraordinary client service through professional excellence, the highest ethical standards, and effective use of available resources.
Excellent interpersonal skills and abilityto build and foster a strong network of relationships.Positive and client first attitude.Creative approach to problem solving and able to develop innovative solutions for clients.Highly motivated and determined to work in a fast-pace, fast-growing and entrepreneurial company.Tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands.Ability to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple responsibilities competently, with a high degree of accuracy in a high-pressure environment.Detail oriented, commitment to excellence and a high level ofintegrity.Possess active listening and critical thinking skills.Excellent business development and marketing skills.
