Role Description

VB Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of our inhous developped WisTwin digital twin solutions for industries. This role requires a strategic and hands-on professional with a passion for industrial technology, digital transformation, and process optimization. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end deployment of digital twin applications for our clients in various industries, with a primary focus on enhancing operational efficiency, safety, and predictive maintenance through advanced digital modeling. This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Project Manager at VB® Group. The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, managing communication with stakeholders, and implementing digital marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Execution:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for digital twin implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, VR developers, data scientists, and industry consultants, to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and address potential challenges to maintain project schedules and budgets.

2.Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment on project goals, expectations, and progress.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to understand their operational needs and tailor digital twin solutions to maximize impact.
  • Prepare and present regular status updates, performance metrics, and project reports to clients and internal leadership.

3.Technical Oversight:

  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the digital twin architecture, models, and simulations are aligned with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Coordinate data collection, integration, and quality assurance to ensure the digital twin accurately reflects real-time industrial operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in digital twin technology and assess how emerging trends may benefit current and future projects.

4.Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure digital twin applications meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, particularly regarding data security, privacy, and operational safety.

5.Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage project budgets, resource allocations, and timelines effectively to achieve cost efficiency.
  • Identify and onboard necessary resources, including hiring contractors or third-party vendors, as needed.

6.Continuous Improvement:

  • Collect feedback from clients and stakeholders to drive improvements in VB Group's digital twin offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the capabilities of digital twins and propose innovations for future projects.
