Function Overview
The Digital and Technology team at General Mills stands as the largest and foremost unit, dedicated to exploring the latest trends and innovations in technology while leading the adoption of cutting-edge technologies across the organization. Collaborating closely with global business teams, the focus is on understanding business models and identifying opportunities to leverage technology for increased efficiency and disruption. The team's expertise spans a wide range of areas, including AI/ML, Data Science, IoT, NLP, Cloud, Infrastructure, RPA and Automation, Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, Blockchain, SAP S4 HANA and Enterprise Architecture. Purpose of the role
The Digital and Technology team of General Mills India Centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Global Digital Transformation initiative at General Mills in capacity of Associate D&T Analyst – Master Data Operations. This role will report into Assistant D&T Manager in India and functionally collaborate with functions like Sourcing, AP, E&C teams among others. It is an individual contributor role. In this role, you will execute and support maintenance activities to SAP Customer master data as approved by business. Review process including requests to create, change, extend, block/unblock, activate/deactivate, or otherwise modify master data and execute mass maintenance requests as directed.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Preferred exposure to additional SAP master data domain (Customer) Can prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines 4+ years of Industry-relevant experience maintaining SAP Master Data in vendor and/or customer data domains General SAP Master Data / Analyst experience / skills Mass Loads using SAP tools/ LSMW or other software / Winshuttle Workflow processing with SAP MDM or MDG Lead single domain scope & increasing complexity Learning/Leveraging on D&T Capabilities Self-AssessmentMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Full Time graduation from an accredited university Hands on Knowledge on Customer Master Data Must have good written and verbal skills S4 Hana, SAP ECC Service Now Winshuttle EvolvePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
