Job Summary - The UI/UX Designer will take part in the production of the games by creating new flows and interfaces, art, etc. elements for the success of the game working closely with other designers, artists, and programmers.
Roles and Responsibilities
Pre-Production
- Concept creation based on feature documents and meetings with designers
- UX exploration and refinement through wireframes and mock-ups
- Creation of mood-boards, UI style guides
Production
- UI asset creation based on concepts, strictly following style guides and UI flow docs
- Creation of props and icons from scratch
- Exports and delivery of assets in proper quality, format and time
Post-Production
- Creation of promotional and AppStore assets
- Localized exports of promotional assets
General
- Supporting team-wide project communication and vision
- Tracking features from design to implementation
- Participation in all stages of game development with producers and designers
Requirements
2-5 Years of experience
Prefer BA in art media, graphic design, or equivalent relevant experience
A portfolio showcasing your skills in color, composition, clarity, and usability
Graphic design skills: sketching, wire framing and storyboarding abilities on paper and scree
An understanding of UI conventions and challenges on mobile platforms
An understanding of the full pipeline for getting UI assets into Unity3D engine
Expertise with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD and Adobe Illustrator
Deep understanding of design principles, compositions and color theory
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and collaborate with team to ensure delivering the best possible UX
Open to feedback and suggestions, ability to multi-task and to adapt easily to change is a must
Growth and learning oriented attitude and constant monitoring of the industry trends
Observant and attentive to details

Knowledge or experience with 3D tools, Unity3D game engine or repository tools GIT
Passion for games and strong knowledge of the mobile games industry
Fluent spoken and written English
