- Have a good understanding oftechnology and SAAS products
- Have 5+ years of experience selling SAAS products toBFSI, NBFC industry
- Knowledge of atleast one south indian language (Tamil/Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam)is mandatory
- Have past experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus
- Have willingness and ability to learn, grow as a leader, absorb and share best practices
- Are a Self-starter with themotivation to take on new challenges, entrepreneurial mindset
- Are able to take ownership of process and outcomes
- Effective business communication skills - both verbal and written
- Location -Bangalore
Here’s what your day would look like...
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to acquire, manage and grow key accounts
- Planning and executing effective account growth strategies via upsell and cross-sell motions
- Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships with multiple stakeholders within customer organizations
- Identifying and articulating the value added by IDfy products to the customer’s business, presenting such data to the customer stakeholders to build deep relationships
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by understanding market trends, evolving client needs
- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that help customers realize value fromIDfy products
- Revenue responsibility within your territory of major sized accounts, with strong focus on growth accounts and finding opportunities to scale
- Proficientin sales / account planning and execution; and strong understanding ofterritory management
- Forecasting territory and account growth effectively
