- Facilitate conducting of initial HappiLife assessment to understand clients' needs and concerns, providing empathetic listening and support.
- Conduct Report reading sessions for clients who have taken HappiLife assessment
- Utilize active listening and crisis intervention techniques to de-escalate crises and provide emotional support to clients.
- Collaborate with senior psychologists and mental health professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards
