Job Title: Inventory & Procurement Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory, Dispatch & Purchase Manager to oversee the end-to-end processes of inventory control, materials dispatch & distribution, and procurement. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal stock levels, timely deliveries, and cost-effective purchasing to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

· Monitor, manage, and control inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

· Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in the inventory system.

· Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonal variations.

· Ensure proper storage, labeling, and categorization of inventory.

· Coordinate with sales teams for stock availability and planning.

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in storage areas.

Dispatch & Distribution

· Manage and schedule timely dispatches to clients and distribution centers.

· Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries and handle exceptions.

· Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for smooth logistics.

· Maintain proper dispatch records (challans, shipping logs)..

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree.

· 3+ years of experience in inventory, dispatch/logistics, and purchase functions.

· Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, Zoho).

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.

This is a paid, in-person role that requires physical presence in the office.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Days: Monday to Friday

Location: Prasad Psycho Pvt. Ltd., Sector 67, Noida
