As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and promoting our services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotional offers.

Lead Generation: Generate leads .

Customer Engagement: Provide accurate information about services.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to manage and convert leads efficiently.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English . Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.

Listening Skills: Active listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Positive Attitude: Polite, confident, and enthusiastic with a customer-centric approach.

Education: Any Graduate or 12th.
