Position & Grade: Sr. Manager / Manager (CSR) Qualification: A Graduate in any discipline with Full Time Post Graduate Degree from a recognized institute. Master in Social Work - (MSW) / Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM) / Masters in Rural Studies (MRS). Age: Preferably not more than 45 years for Sr. Manager / 40 years for Manager as on the date of advertisement. Experience: Preferably 14 years for Sr. Manager / 09 years for Manager, post qualification hands-on experience in a responsible position in planning and supervision of developmental works and rural areas under any reputed NGO/industry. The person should have excellent internal/external communication and public relation skills, managed and implemented large community development projects of a CSR program of any industrial house or leading NGO. The person should be familiar in effectively dealing with communities and government agencies at various levels for fast implementation of developmental schemes to bring in planned improvement in the quality of life of the communities involved. The person we are looking for will be responsible for evolving corporate CSR strategies and plans, piloting and coordinating the same. Working knowledge of Gujarati is a must.
