  • Customer Service and Support: Offer exceptional service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to after-sales follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work in close collaboration with the Customer Success/Engagement Executive and partner with product development and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, while sharing customer feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards meeting and exceeding set sales targets, contributing to the company's sales performance and growth objectives.
