Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer/Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.

- Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging animations.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple projects.

- A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying current with industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 4-5 yrs experience in creating motion graphics content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

- Familiarity with performance advertising metrics and how to create content that drives engagement and conversions.

- Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling would be an added advantage.

- Experience with video editing and sound design.
