Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Azure DevOps Lead with a solid background in .NET development to join our dynamic team in Gurugram, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, managing Azure cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the seamless deployment of applications. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other tools.
Develop and manage Azure DevOps processes, including infrastructure as code with ARM templates and PowerShell scripts.
Oversee the deployment and management of Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL Database, and other Azure services.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate .NET applications into CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and security in the Azure environment.
Ensure compliance with best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure services and DevOps processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project requirements and deliverables.
Manage Azure AD integration and permissions for various services and applications.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university with > 65% academic score.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Azure DevOps.
Strong background in .NET development and understanding of its ecosystem.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins.
Experience with Azure services including Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL Database, and ARM templates.
Solid understanding of SQL Server 2012 R2 and database management.
Expertise in scripting with PowerShell.
Familiarity with Azure AD and its integration with cloud services.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Azure DevOps or related Microsoft certifications.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of other CI/CD tools and frameworks.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or similar.
