Responsibilities:Creative Reel and Shorts Creation: Develop and produce engaging content, including creative reels and shorts, for diverse social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).Social Media Engagement and Strategy: Drive social media engagement through effective strategies. Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and fostering a positive online community.Social Media Trends Creation: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms. Infuse innovative ideas and trends into content creation for dynamic and engaging social media presence.Campaign Support: Assist in executing social media campaigns. Handle content scheduling, track performance metrics, and generate insightful reports.Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.Community Building: Contribute to fostering a positive and engaged online community. Encourage user-generated content and meaningful interactions.

Qualifications:Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Strong understanding of various social media platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.Familiarity with Content Creation tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.)Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
