We provide job guaranteed banking courses that are tailored to meet the needs of both job-seekers and employers.


Role Description

BygC is seeking a full-time Training and Placement Officer to join our team in Bengaluru, though some remote work is acceptable. Duties include organizing training sessions, coordinating job placement activities, and maintaining contact with industry employers to stay up-to-date on job requirements and employment trends.


  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential employers in the BFSI sector
  • Develop and implement the placement training curriculum with emphasis on soft skills training.
  • Provide career counseling to students, assist them in resume preparation & train them on interview skills
  • Coordinate placement activities
  • Maintain accurate records of all placement activities.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on placements activities
  • Collaborate with industry professionals for insights.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, human resources management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a training and placement officer or any similar role, preferably with an educational institution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with job-seekers in a supportive and motivating manner and to negotiate effectively with employers
  • Good understanding of current job market trends and BFSI industry-specific requirements for employment is preferred
