Position : MS Dynamics CRM Technical ConsultantExperience : 3 to 20 yearsLocation : RemoteSalary : depends on the experiencePlacement Type : Freelancer or C2H both ( Two meetings needs be attended on daily basis at 11am and 2PM )

Roles & ResponsibilitiesLeading or participating in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the systemArchitecting the CRM system, related customizations and reports to model the businesss organizational processAdvising business users on best practices for CRM, development or integration processesBalance business users requests and requirements with technical constraintsWriting technical specifications for planned workMocking up specifications for our overseas Live Services team, and facilitating the completion, testing and deployment of development projectsInstalling and maintaining versions of 3rd party products such as Click Dimensions, Linked In and Inside ViewBuilding and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflowsDeveloping SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXMLWorking closely with BI project teams or other resources for completion of projects related to the CRM systemWorking with internal support members to resolve technical issues with servers, ETL packages, SQL, SSRS and other related technologies to the internal CRM systemMaintain code repository, VSTS backlog and source controlEffectively utilize SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRMToolbox for administration of CRM systemRegularly communicating with the Business Systems Manager and business users on the status of issues and projectsCoordinate with Business Systems Manager to ensure overall business solution is positioned and implemented in line with global architecture and roadmapEstimating the completion of tasks and managing resource timeEnsuring consistent release management, change management and project approval processesSupport of the application including fixing application issues

QualificationsStrong written communications especially related to articulating technical specifications2 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2016/365 CRMExperience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, SSRS including plugins, scripting and form creationExperience with CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpointsStrong understanding of and ability to configure security groups, roles and teamsComfortable using Visual Studio, TFS/VSTS, source control, CRM SDKDesired SkillsKnowledge of the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions including SharePoint and OneDrive/OneNoteFamiliarity with Data Export Service and Azure SQLSSIS or other ETL technologiesExperience working with consulting services industry or salesforce automation/project service automation solutionsMicrosoft CertificationProject Management
