Be part of our journey as we redefine the landscape of tech recruitment.As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will:Identify and define business solutions for HR users, translating HR business requirements into technical specifications.

Collaborate closely with the ServiceNow Platform Administrator and ITSM developers on the configuration and development of the ServiceNow HRSD module, including data imports and integrations with HR systems.

Assist with troubleshooting, patch/release management for HRSD, and develop UI forms, fields, notifications, automation scripts, integrations, workflows, and reports.

Design and implement service catalog workflows with approvals and work with the HR team to create and enhance the Employee Service Portal.

Create access control rules (ACLs) and validations across various workflows, capture user stories, and ensure adherence to best practices and development standards.

What You Bring to the Table:8-10 years of experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications.

Proficient in HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, Employee Document Management, and Performance Analytics for HR.

Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and directories (e.g., Active Directory) using LDAPs, Web Services, JDBC, SFTP.

Demonstrable experience in developing ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology, ITIL/industry standards, and HRSD processes.

Strong unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing skills.

You Should Possess the Ability to:Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Work collaboratively within a project team and contribute constructively to team meetings and planning sessions.

Self-direct and be detail-oriented in completing assigned tasks efficiently, ensuring high standards and quality of work.

Support users during User Acceptance Testing and provide necessary training to HRSD fulfillers and administration users.
