Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to strengthen Ericsson’s competitive position by maximizing supplier value, proactively managing business risks and contributing to the creation of value for the Customer.  The SSM is accountable for evaluating, qualifying and selecting suppliers for the external purchase and licensing of all products and services: 1) to be delivered to Customers as part of or as an Ericsson product or service and 2) for internal use within Ericsson. The SSM and/or the Supplier Relationship Manager are responsible for all commercial relationship with suppliers.

You will:

Lead, prepare & execute the RFx process Evaluate and select suppliers Conduct supplier negotiation Ensure supplier agreement implementation Contribute to the long term business

To be successful in the role you must have:

Education: Bachelor degree/ Masters or MBA in Supply Chain/ Procurement will be preferred in mobility (Car rentals/ Shuttle etc) Fleet Sourcing is required Relevant 5 years in-depth strategic sourcing, procurement experience and practices (e.g category sourcing, spend analytics and benchmarking, should-cost models, RFx, auction, negotiation and contracting), preferably in an indirect sourcing function at a multinational corporation environment. Expertise in strategic sourcing with demonstrated abilities on project and change management. Inter-personal skills and analytical abilities. Collaborative and influencing style when working with team. Effective communication and engagement with partners and suppliers. Result-oriented with shown ability to deliver results with fast star-up. Full professional proficiency in English. Ability to speak a second language will be a plus. Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge.
