We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainee who is eager to learn and contribute to our marketing team. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing. You will work closely with our Marketing Team to develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
  • Content Creation: Help with writing and editing content for blogs, website pages, email newsletters, and social media posts.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Conduct basic keyword research, assist with on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions), and help build performance reports.
  • Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp etc.
  • Performance Marketing (PPC): Assist the team in setting up and monitoring Google Ads and Social Media Ad campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Help track and analyze website traffic (using Google Analytics) and social media engagement to measure campaign success.
  • Market Research: Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate competitor strategies, and find new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the digital marketing, sales, and graphic design teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
  • A strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.

Good to Have (But Not Required):

  • Prior internship experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or any email marketing platform.
  • Experience with a personal blog, YouTube channel, or managing a social media page.
