JobDescription:
MyTravaly is seeking a creativeand resultsdriven Social Media Manager to lead our organic growthand lead generation efforts. As the Social Media Manager you willplay a pivotal role in crafting and implementing social mediastrategies to increase our brand visibility engage our audience andgenerate leads for our travel services. Youll be responsible formanaging our social media channels developing content and analyzingperformance metrics to continually refine ourapproach.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy: Developand execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned withMyTravalys brand identity andgoals.
2. Content Creation: Createengaging highquality content for various social media platforms(Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn etc.) including posts imagesvideos and stories.
3. Audience Engagement: Build andmaintain an active and loyal online community by responding tocomments messages and engaging with followersregularly.
4. Lead Generation: Implementlead generation campaigns and strategies through social media toincrease conversions and drivesales.
5. Analytics and Reporting:Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and generatereports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.Make datadriven recommendations forimprovements.
6. Trend Analysis: Stay uptodatewith industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensureMyTravaly remains at the forefront of digitalmarketing.
7. Collaboration: Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including marketing content creatorsdesigners and influencers to align social media efforts withoverall marketing campaigns.
8. Paid Campaigns: Work closelywith the paid advertising team to integrate organic and paidstrategies for maximum impact.
9. Community Building: Fosterbrand advocates and loyal customers by developing and implementingstrategies to engage and reward loyalfollowers.
10. Brand Management: Ensureconsistent brand messaging and image across all social mediachannels.
Requirements Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in MarketingCommunications or a related field (or equivalentexperience).
2. Proven experience as a SocialMedia Manager or similar role with a track record of successfulorganic growth and leadgeneration.
3. Strong understanding of socialmedia platforms trends and bestpractices.
4. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
5. Proficiency in using socialmedia management and analyticstools.
6. Creative mindset with theability to think outside the box.
7. Analytical skills to interpretdata and make informed decisions.
8. Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
9. Flexibility to adapt to theeverchanging social medialandscape.
