Job Description:

Are you a creative powerhouse with a knack for turning ideas into visual masterpieces? Are you ready to bring your unique vision to life and make a lasting impact on the digital landscape? If so, we want YOU to join our vibrant team as a Creative Graphic Design Maverick. As a key player in our creative ensemble, you'll be responsible for crafting visually stunning content across a variety of digital platforms. From captivating social media campaigns to eye-catching ads and everything in between, your creativity will be the driving force behind our success.

Responsibilities:

- Dive headfirst into the world of imagination as you conceptualize and design compelling social media posts, Google ads, Facebook ads, and more.- Let your creativity run wild as you craft jaw-dropping graphics for website banners, email newsletters, and other online wonders.- Bring stories to life with enchanting animations and captivating motion graphics that leave audiences spellbound.- Collaborate closely with our team of marketing visionaries to transform concepts into visually striking campaigns that resonate with our clients' brands and objectives.- Be the guardian of consistency, ensuring that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.- Stay ahead of the curve by staying abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the ever-evolving world of graphic design.- Flex your creative muscles as you design intuitive user interfaces and immersive experiences for websites and mobile apps, leveraging your knowledge of basic UI/UX principles.- Cultivate strong relationships with our clients, listening intently to their needs and bringing their visions to life with your creative wizardry.

Requirements:

- A proven track record of unleashing your creativity and delivering exceptional design work that speaks volumes.- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a portfolio that showcases your diverse range of skills and creative flair.- Mastery of design software tools and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible.- Education from NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, Symbiosis, etc.- A deep understanding of design principles, coupled with a relentless drive to innovate and experiment.- Excellent communication skills, because great design is about more than just visuals – it's about telling stories and sparking emotions.- Proficiency in basic UI/UX principles, allowing you to create intuitive user interfaces and immersive experiences.- Knowledge of animation techniques to create engaging motion graphics and animations.- A thirst for knowledge and a hunger to continually learn and grow as a designer.- Ability to ideate on brand-level creative propositions.- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus, but raw talent and a burning passion for creativity will always be our top priorities.
