This position is with one of our clients in India , who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.Role: K2 Blackpearl Developer / LeadLocation: Bangalore , Hyderabad , ChennaiEmployment Type: Contract to HireExperience: 8+ yearsAbout the Role:We are looking for a K2 Developer/Lead who has successfully delivered end-to-end K2 projects and can contribute both as a hands-on developer and a technical lead . The ideal candidate will be experienced in workflow automation, BPM tools, and full-stack application development within Agile environments.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement K2 workflows and SmartForms using K2 Blackpearl and K2 Five platforms.Lead and deliver enterprise-level automation projects , collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Perform analysis, design, and development of web and windows-based n-tier applications .Work extensively with RDBMS (MS SQL Server) for database design, normalization, and data migration.Develop and optimize stored procedures, views, triggers, and indexes to implement business logic.Integrate K2 workflows with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web APIs for seamless business process automation.Participate actively in the software development life cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies .Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability across all developed solutions.Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.Required Skills:BPM Tools: K2 Blackpearl, K2 Five (K2 Cloud experience is a plus)Database: MS SQL Server 2008 R2 / 2012 / 2016, Transact-SQL (DDL, DML)Web Technologies: JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, XML, HTMLCloud Platform: Microsoft Azure (Worker Roles, Web Roles, Web Apps, Azure VMs, Azure SQL DB)Methodologies: Agile / ScrumDomains (Preferred): Logistics, Sales, and Authorization workflows
