Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Peddemul for a Quality In-Charge. The Quality In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of all products, conducting quality assessments, implementing quality control processes, and troubleshooting any quality-related issues. The role involves collaborating with production teams, maintaining documentation for quality standards, and training staff on quality assurance protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control and quality assessment
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of garment accessories manufacturing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping
