About the Role

Dr. Paul's Advanced Hair & Skin Solutions is looking for skilled and patient-friendly Therapists who will act as the face of our clinic . As the primary link between patients and doctors, you will play a crucial role in delivering advanced hair & skin treatments , ensuring patient satisfaction, and supporting clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hair & skin treatments (mesotherapy, LLL therapy, aesthetic procedures, etc.).
• Counsel patients on available treatments & product portfolios.
• Ensure courteous, sympathetic & supportive patient interaction .
• Maintain and operate equipment (IPL, Nd-Yag, Dermabrasion, etc.) with proper care.
• Ensure stock management & compliance with clinic protocols.
• Make reminder calls, support patient retention, and minimize dropouts.
• Assist with product promotions, glow sessions & new treatment launches.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate/Diploma in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Nursing, or Allied Health .
• 1–4 years' experience in hair & skin therapy preferred (freshers may apply).
• Strong interpersonal & counseling skills with a patient-first attitude .
• Ability to manage equipment, records & treatment protocols responsibly.
