Job Description

  • Design, develop, and implement Camunda-based workflow automation solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into Camunda workflows.
  • Integrate Camunda with enterprise applications, databases, and external systems to ensure end-to-end automation.
  • Optimize Camunda configurations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Develop custom plugins, scripts, and extensions to enhance Camunda functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices in Camunda implementation.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members in Camunda development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Camunda workflows, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Stay updated with the latest Camunda features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in Camunda BPM development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN modelling standards.
  • Hands-on experience in Camunda workflow design, execution, and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs for Camunda integration.
  • Experience in Camunda Cockpit, Modeler, and Admin tools.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-based Camunda deployments.
  • Ability to optimize Camunda configurations for high availability and performance.
  • Experience in Camunda scripting, custom plugins, and extensions.
  • Knowledge of Camunda best practices, security, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Set Yourself Apart With

  • Camunda certification (e.g., Camunda BPM Certified Developer).
  • Experience in Camunda Cloud and Kubernetes-based deployments.
  • Knowledge of Camunda Enterprise features and advanced workflow automation techniques.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Camunda-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and workflow orchestration.
