Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solutions Architect with proven expertise in design, delivery, and operational support. The ideal candidate will architect robust and sustainable cloud solutions for complex, large-scale projects. This pivotal role involves leading deployment strategies, customizing solutions, and translating high-level designs into actionable proposals that meet both current and future business objectives for our client.

Experience:
8+ years in a pre-sales solution architecture role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Leadership & Sales Support:
    Act as the primary pre-sales cloud consultant, generating leads and supporting the Sales/Go-To-Market (GTM) team across Pan India and Government/PSU sectors. Focus on IaaS, PaaS, and DaaS solutions.
  • RFP/RFI Management:
    Lead the response to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs by crafting compelling, detailed technical and commercial proposals.
  • Client Engagement:
    Understand client business goals and align proposed solutions with their end-to-end architectural framework. Construct winning technical strategies that drive desired customer outcomes.
  • Technical Design & Costing:
    Design cost-effective, innovative technical solutions based on customer requirements. Prepare technical presentations and provide insights into commercial implications.
  • Market Influence:
    Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and with professional bodies to enhance our market reputation and branding.
  • Training & Enablement:
    Develop and deliver training programs to enable channel partners.
  • Proof of Concept (POC) Management:
    Drive client commitment by overseeing the development, delivery, and escalation handling for all trial demos and proofs of concept.
  • Industry Expertise:
    Maintain deep knowledge of industry best practices, cloud portfolio offerings, and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.

    Measurable impact on solution sales, lead generation, and cross/up-selling activities through active participation in customer meetings.
