We're seeking a Senior Account Manager who can manage client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive retention and growth.
Role Overview
You'll be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication between them and our internal teams. You'll manage expectations, conduct growth reviews, and proactively identify upsell opportunities, all while ensuring delivery is on time and accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 6–8 full-service clients.
- Lead client communication, acting as the single point of contact.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, monthly reviews, and quarterly growth reviews.
- Liaise with department leads to ensure timelines, quality, and KPIs are met.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve escalations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell/cross-sell services.
- Maintain client health metrics and retention goals.
- Prepare and present performance reports (most reporting is automated, you'll focus on insight delivery).
Requirements
- Mandatory: Minimum 3 years in an account management role in a digital marketing or creative agency .
- Proven track record of managing multi-service retainers and high-value accounts.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (PM, SEO, creative production, web dev).
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
