This role combines strategic transition planning with hands-on delivery management, requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and deep understanding of SAP and enterprise IT landscapes. Delivery Management:• Service Delivery Oversight:o Ensure high-quality delivery of SAP and related IT services post-transition.o Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics.• Team Leadership:o Lead cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, technical experts, and support staff.o Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.• Financial & Contractual Management:o Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.o Ensure compliance with contractual terms and drive profitability.• Customer Relationship Management:o Build strong relationships with customer leadership and act as a trusted advisor.o Identify opportunities for service improvement and additional value creation. Required Skills & Experience:• Experience:o + years in IT service delivery and transition management, preferably in SAP environments.o Proven track record of managing large-scale transitions for enterprise customers.• Leadership & Communication:o Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.o Ability to lead large teams and manage complex, multi-vendor environments.• Certifications (Preferred):o PMP or PRINCE2o ITIL Foundationo SAP-related certifications Get empowered by NTT DATA Business Solutions We transform.
