Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and talented individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for account management, visual storytelling, an eye for detail, and the ability to create compelling graphics and videos that resonate with our target audience.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Designing and producing graphics for a variety of marketing materials, spanning social media posts, banners, brochures, and presentations.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to craft visually enticing and impactful campaigns.
  • Developing engaging and polished videos for product promotions, tutorials, and brand narratives.
  • Refining and enhancing raw footage to generate top-notch videos adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Juggling multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and tools to enrich creativity and productivity.
  • Ensuring all designs and videos uphold brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Effectively communicating and presenting ideas to both the team and clients.
  • Comfortably navigating high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrating analytical skills.
  • Exhibiting multitasking abilities, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrating an aptitude for crafting compelling content.
  • Being well-versed in social media dynamics, including trends and algorithms.
  • Having a penchant for creating engaging reel videos.
  • Ability to produce exceptional designs while maintaining a consistent aesthetic.
  • Establishing KPIs for social media campaigns and measuring campaign performance against these KPIs.
  • Being open to occasional evening and weekend work as per project requirements.
  • Understanding social media KPIs to aid in tracking and interpreting metrics to enhance user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Exhibiting creativity to think outside the box, along with proofreading and editing skills for content accuracy.
  • Managing the community of D2C Founders by spearheading brand campaigns, community-building activities, podcasts, conferences, press releases, and collaborations with celebrities/influencers across digital media platforms. Check out our GroD2C podcast page at


Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a social media account manager, graphic designer, and video editor, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software like Canva, Figma, etc.
  • Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Solid grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas from ideation to fruition.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills.
