Medical Content Writer

Role & responsibilities
- To stay updated with current medical literature and advancements.
- To collate, write, review, and edit content as per requirement.
- To coordinate with the doctors, staff and management to provide content for the newsletters.
- To write and review content for website.
- To coordinate with doctors to form content for patient handouts.
- To collect and formulate content for brochures and social media.
- To coordinate with doctors and staff to provide content needed during CMEs.
- To retrieve and provide any other data that may be needed from time to time.
• Interview patients (visiting or admitted) to gather reviews and testimonials.
• Ensure patient consent is documented before any recording.
• Shoot before/after treatment journey videos where possible.
• Create short and engaging videos on current health topics
• Collaborate with doctors for expert tips and awareness videos.
• Record hospital events, visiting doctors, etc.
• Content Planning
• Coordinate with the marketing team for monthly content calendars.
• Suggest trending or seasonal health topics for awareness videos.
• Provide ready-to-post video content for marketing teams.
• Work closely with doctors, and nursing staff to identify suitable patients for video stories.
• Schedule time slots for video shoots without disturbing hospital operations
