Purpose/Objective
The Production Planning Incharge at Buildcast Solutions Pvt Ltd in Navi Mumbai will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production planning process within the precast industry. The ideal candidate will have 13-17 years of experience in production planning specifically within the precast industry. They will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient utilization of resources, timely delivery of products, and adherence to quality standards.

*Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing requirements.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of product quality.
  • Prepare reports on production performance, efficiency, and adherence to schedules.
  • Lead and mentor a team of production planners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in production planning.

*Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Master's degree in Operations Management or Business Administration (preferred).
  • 10-20 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the precast industry.
