Job Description – Senior Visualizer


We are looking for a creative Senior Visualizer who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers “buy”. You will cooperate with a design-savvy team to devise an overall concept.


The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences.


Responsibilities

·       Work in tandem with a team of Visualizers and Graphic Designers

·       Work in collaboration with Client Servicing Staff & Copywriters to understand client requirement and lead the development of the visual renditions to ensure adherence to established delivery timelines

·       Create design presentations for campaign proposals in prescribed format

·       Presenting options for design treatments

  • Work on multiple assignments simultaneouslyAlign personal goals to organisational objectives
  • Build and maintain a creative portfolio for all the completed projects. The portfolio needs to be shared with stakeholders from time to time on request
  • Be a part of monthly review meetings to review completed projects and discuss future projects

Requirements

  • Hands on experience with logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
  • Relevant education or training from a reputed Arts institute
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Visualizer in handling diverse clients. MNC brand experience will be an added advantage.

Reporting

  • Direct reporting to Head-Creative Operations
  • Dotted line reporting to Company Directors
