Job Title: Airport Operations Manager Location: Bangalore Role Purpose: The Airport Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial vehicle operations, driver management, and fleet performance at the airport. This includes ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, maintaining asset conditions, and driving operational efficiency across the South region. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s owned fleet, ensuring optimal utilization. Oversee B2C operations and ensure high service levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive demand generation. Ensure 100% fulfilment of operational requirements. Lead driver onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives. Supervise supply-side management to ensure availability and readiness of vehicles. Manage hub operations effectively, including vehicle movement and dispatch coordination. Functional Skills: Demand generation and operational planning at airport locations. Fleet utilization and efficiency optimization. Driver lifecycle management (recruitment, training, retention). Yard and vehicle yard management. Fleet maintenance and asset tracking. Other Requirements: Good understanding of the local market and operational landscape. Proficiency in the local language(s). Strong geographical knowledge of the region.
