Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide cross functional analysis on projects for JDE in an integrated environment.
  • Documenting solutions by creating functional design specifications and presenting at design forums for sign off, ensuring that the solution is fit for purpose.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and testing teams for delivering the solution.
  • Assist application support teams trouble shooting and solving production issues.
  • Contribute to company and organisational initiatives.


Requirements/skills:

  • Experience 8+ years of JD Edwards implementation and support experience which a minimum 5 years must be in implementation.
  • Experience in JD Edwards Enterprise One version 9.0, 9.1 and 9.2 is preferred.
  • Experience in multi-site Global implementation and worked as a subject matter expert in Sales & Distribution Modules of JD Edwards. Knowledge of the Transportation module will be beneficial.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements, preparing AS-IS and TO-BE business process documentation and map the TO -BE processes within JD Edwards Enterprise One applications.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications for customizations, integrations with third-party software and reports.
  • Industry experience in Sales and Distribution and working experience of Global Delivery Model (Onsite/Offshore/Nearshore Model) will be an added advantage.
  • The candidate should have excellent customer interaction skills on technology or business issues.
  • Working Experience in the Art industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Be a team player.
