This role is ideal for someone passionate about people operations, well-versed in HR tools, and ready to contribute to a growing Saa S organization.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle.Develop, implement, and monitor KRAs, KPIs, performance evaluations, and feedback cycles.Coordinate payroll and maintain accuracy across HRIS and related HR tools.Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.Assist in office administration and workplace operations.Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.Requirements MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).At least 5 years of experience in HR operations.Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and tools for KRAs, KPIs, and performance management.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.Why Join Us?
