Responsibility of/ Expectations from the Role
1Understanding of test requirements from the test automationperspective
2 Analyse the Gherkin test cases prepared byDomain Engineer and propose the changes in Gherkin phrases neededif any from automation perspective
3 Design and developTest script implementation in BDD framework and also developmentthe necessary automation libraries for the target HIL testenvironment
4 Test Execution on HIL setup anddebugging/issue fixing
5 Version Control of all testautomation artefacts and Release into Production
6 Goodwritten and verbal communication skills; especially statusreporting and client communication
