Assist in completing client certifications, due diligence inquiries and requests for proposals (RFP); track past responses to client certifications Monitor and track overdue training; send reminders to employees to complete overdue training and escalate to supervisors Support training manager and subject matter experts in preparing training materials and coordinating classroom training sessions Review and enter customer complaints in necessary systems Assist in the coordination of regulatory filings  Support the collection of data for risk assessments for first and second line; create materials for presentation of risk assessments to business heads and COOs Perform other compliance-related responsibilities and special projects as needed Your skills and experience The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Knowledge regarding investment adviser compliance and investment operations is preferred. Prior relevant work experience of 2-3 years. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field required. Ability to work effectively in a global environment and collaborate with global colleagues, leveraging and sharing best practices and insights of Legal and Compliance colleagues globally. Strong strategic, problem solving and analytical skills.  People skills, leadership qualities and communication skills. Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) and general fluency in Sharepoint. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
